Bestway Wholesale is reintroducing its customer rebate scheme for a second year.
The Great Rebate, which starts in April, offers a minimum 3% rebate across key lines and a further 1% on additional volume purchases from the Great Rebate Shopping List.
Customers will be sent two brochures, one offering category advice and stocking tips and a second, product-based catalogue featuring promotional lines that offer the rebate.
The brochures will change monthly and run until September, benefitting from in-depot promotion and multimedia communications across the trade press.
“With convenience continuing to grow, independents have to make sure they are getting their fair share of the pie,” said Bestway Wholesale head of marketing Salih Sheikh.
“In order to do this, they have to offer their customers the right products in the right formats at the right price within the right environment while familiarising themselves with the changing needs of today’s shopper. The Great Rebate will give them the armoury to go gunning after the multiples and win their local battles.”
