German wine Black Tower appears to be behind one of the most appalling moments in British TV history. The iconic brand found its way into the Big Brother house and was being downed on the night of Jade's infamous naked romp. Show producers have confirmed that the wine is on the weekly shopping list and is a favourite tipple with the inmates' ignorance. Bosses at Matthew Clark Brands, which distributes the wine in the UK, declined the opportunity to distance themselves from the Jade débâcle and insisted it was great publicity for the brand. Spokesman Simon Russell tells us: "We don't mind at all.
