Somerset egg producer Blackacre Farm has expanded its range with the launch of a first-ever goose egg offering.
The Dabbling Free supersized eggs, which the free-range egg producer describes as being rich and creamy with ‘giant golden orange yolks’ are available now from Selfridges and independent retailers in packs of two (rsp: £9.99).
Each duo is sold in packaging that resembles a cardboard shed, featuring geese on the side of the box.
The eggs offered a “tantalising treat whether scrambled for brunch or beaten for baking”, said Blackacre Farm. They join the producer’s existing collection of Rambling Free hen eggs, Waddling Free duck eggs and Foraging Free quail eggs.
