Blakemore Wholesale has opened its third premium Bmorelocal convenience fascia.
The 1,000 sq ft store in Grimsby opened in August after a £65,000 refurbishment that included the addition of chilled, frozen and food-to-go units.
The former Apex store, owned by retailer John Quinn, offers the full Bmorelocal symbol group package together with a free ATM and lottery service as well as a Costa unit opening in the next six months.
“I was looking for a professional and unique fascia for my new store and Bmorelocal ticked all the boxes,” said Quinn.
“I was very impressed with the premium look, layout and offer together with the strong links with recognised brands such as Costa and Country Choice.”
Blakemore launched the fascia in May this year as a premium alternative to the Lifestyle Express symbol, which it offers in partnership with Landmark Wholesale.
“The Bmorelocal fascia has been extremely well received by retailers and customers alike,” said Blakemore Wholesale stores director Nick Rose.
“We are still on track to open 30 stores by the end of the financial year and have a number of promising stores due to launch in the next few months. It is great to see a progressive retailer like John Quinn investing in the Bmorelocal fascia and we plan to work closely with John to develop his business over the coming weeks and months.”
