Militant farmers group Farmers For Action has vowed to extend its blockades of milk processors to Scotland.
The group is targeting Dairy Crest and Robert Wiseman depots after the companies drove farmgate milk prices down earlier this month.
Farmers For Action chairman David Handley said: "There has been no communication from Robert Wiseman and Dairy Crest, so further action will be necessary. One of the major targets this time will be Scotland."
Handley said the blockades had been successful so far: "We closed all the plants we said we would for a three-hour period."
