Booker has launched 50 new catering lines and locked the price of 700 others for its foodservice partners until June.
Featured in its Spring Catering Guide, the wholesale giant said the new 50-strong range spanned key categories, including lines such as minted lamb shanks, peach bellini roulade and American sodas.
It also covers spirits and premium beverages from Venus Wine & Spirits Merchants, which Booker acquired last year, offering a wider range of choice for caterers.
There are also new seasonable options available including Sidoli Tarte au Citron, Chipotle Shakshuka, and Burrata with Roasted Tomatoes, which Booker said were “perfect for spring menus”.
It has also locked the price on 700 products until 17 June, covering categories including fresh produce, meat, and BWS.
Booker said the new spring guide was designed to help caterers “save more, make more, and stay ahead of the competition”.
“Our Spring Catering Guide is packed with innovative products, exclusive lines, and great-value, price-locked products to give caterers the stability and flexibility they need to stay competitive and thrive,” said Booker catering MD Stuart Hyslop.
“We understand the challenges faced by the food hospitality industry, especially as the seasons change and new opportunities arise, and we remain committed to providing the best solutions to help caterers succeed this season and beyond.”
