Booker has locked prices on over 800 lines until January 2025 to support customers “during a busy winter season”.
The wholesale giant has released a new autumn catering guide, containing over 800 core products and 30 brand new lines at fixed prices.
The new guide includes premium meats available to be prepared to caterers’ individual requirements, and a ready-prepped vegetable Chef’s Larder range to save operators time in the kitchen.
The new lines include Thor’s Hammer, a meat on the bone sharing centrepiece providing “a large cash margin opportunity” for caterers.
The guide also features a range of wines to accompany festive dishes.
“We are there when customers need us over the Christmas period, with collect, click & collect and deliveries available, and opening hours to suit our caterers’ needs, as we understand it is a busy time for them over the autumn and winter months”, said Booker catering propositions director Leigh Baker.
