New Forest-based Ringwood Brewery is taking its Boondoggle beer into the off-trade following "storming" sales in pubs.
Boondoggle (rsp: £1.69), which takes its name from an American slang phrase meaning 'work of little value', is a 5% abv blonde beer and rolls out to Morrisons from this week. It is the first of Ringwood's ales to roll out nationally since Old Thumper went into Waitrose two years ago.
"We feel there is real demand for this in the take home market," said brand manager Chris Keating.
