Booths is holding a beer and cider festival in stores – featuring tasting events, guest ales and even a specially brewed beer.
Running until mid-May, the festival aims to celebrate the brewing industry in the North West and introduce customers to beers and ciders from farther afield.
During the festival, Booths is holding tasting events with local brewers every Friday and Saturday and bringing 15 guest ales into stores. Hawkshead Brewery has also made a limited-edition brew called Festival Ale for the event.
“We are very excited to welcome customers and suppliers to the 2013 Booths Beer and Cider Festival to share our passion for well-brewed beers and ciders and the artisanship that goes into producing special craft beers,” said Booths beer buyer John Gill.
Booths stocks a range of 250 bottled beers and 50 ciders.
