Booths has introduced its first range of own-label recipe boxes designed to make scratch cooking straightforward.
Its Let’s Cook boxes are intended to feed two people and feature pre-weighed and portioned ingredients, as well as recipe cards.
The 12-strong selection includes creamy chicken and leek mashed potato topped pie, beef keema with lime and coriander rice, chermoula spiced salmon with tabbouleh salad, Moroccan courgette and red pepper and chickpea tagine. Prices range from £8-£11.50.
The kits can be purchased via Amazon Fresh and in all Booths stores aside from its MediaCity, Manchester branch, which is due to close in the coming months following falling sales through the coronavirus pandemic.
Booths loyalty cardholders can currently save 15% on the Let’s Cook range until 8 February.
“I am incredibly excited about the launch of our new Let’s Cook recipe boxes,” said Kate Rathbone, brand development manager at Booths. “For those looking for a new flavourful recipe to liven up their usual teatime routine, or someone looking to learn to cook from scratch this new year, these recipe boxes are ideal.
“We’ve created a range of recipe kits that include classic family favourites to adventurous cuisines. Our recipe boxes will be refreshed regularly in store to keep bringing you new and exciting dishes to try.”
