Booths is set to open its latest store in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, on Wednesday, 9 September.
The 36,000 sq ft store, which is the 33rd Booths, will create 90 new jobs and contains a café, butchery, fishmonger and deli counters.
At least 25% of its ranges are sourced from its Northern heartland of Lancashire, Cheshire, Cumbria and Yorkshire.
Ian Jacques has been appointed as store manager, having worked at the company for 31 years.
“Lancashire producers are making and growing some of the finest food Britain has to offer,” said Jacques.
“Customers will be excited about our new offer. What sets Booths apart is our close link to producers and exceptional produce.”
