Leading salad brand Florette is looking to build on the success of its tie-up with top chef Raymond Blanc.
Parent company Soleco is keen to forge links with other leading chefs to help develop the Florette brand. Commercial director Mark Newton said: "We are developing our gourmet image following on from our relationship with Raymond Blanc, which has been a great success." Blanc will be just one of a number of big names Florette is hoping to line up to appear on its stand at IFE in March.
The company is intending to have a different chef giving an hour-long demonstration each day of the three-day show.
A spokeswoman said Florette had yet to finalise the names of those who would be appearing.
