Buywell Day-Today has won a year’s supply of Kellogg’s cereal for disadvantaged families in Scotland.
Mohammed Rajak, owner of the Glasgow-based Dalmarnock Road shop, was awarded the prize as part of Unitas Wholesale’s partnership with the cereal brand, which gives independent retailers the chance to win a 12-month supply for a club of their choice. The prize has been donated to the local Baltic Street Adventure Playground, which provides meals to those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

“We are delighted to have played a part in supporting Kellogg’s long-standing initiative to help develop breakfast clubs across the UK,” said Anita Oakhill, United Wholesale’s marketing controller.
Robert Kennedy, Baltic Street Adventure Playground’s project co-ordinator, said the donation would “certainly help a lot of people”.
