Confectionery and drink giant Cadbury Schweppes has entered the milk market Stateside targeting young adults with the launch of a range of flavoured milk drinks under the brand name Raging Cow.
Produced by Cadbury’s US subsidiary Dr Pepper/ 7-Up, the new drink was launched this week and is expected to be rolled out in selected US markets from March, with nationwide distribution to follow.
President and chief operating officer Mike McGrath said the product was unlike any other milk-based product on the market.
McGrath added: “We describe it as a milk-based drink ‘gone wild’ because there are outrageous, intriguing and delicious flavour combinations.”
The Raging Cow range is available in flavours such as Pina Colada Chaos, Jamocha Frenzy, Berry MIxed Up, Chocolate Caramel Craze and Chocolate Insanity.
