Campari is to introduce its Sarti Rosa aperitif in the UK.
Sarti Rosa was a “vibrant pink, fruity aperitif” that was “bursting with delicate notes of passion fruit, mango, and blood orange”, said Campari UK.
The tipple was already being served in select on-trade venues including Slug & Lettuce and Franco Manca and would launch “soon” via Amazon and Ocado (rsp: £18/70cl), the supplier added.
“With consumer interest in spritz serves at an all-time high, Sarti Rosa presents an exciting new opportunity for venues and retailers looking to capitalise on the next big trend in aperitif culture,” said David Heathwood, commercial director at Campari UK.

“We’re confident that Sarti Rosa will not only drive strong consumer engagement but also offer trade partners a compelling new way to enhance their spritz offerings and maximise sales in this high-growth category,” Heathwood added.
Sarti Rosa joins Campari’s aperitif portfolio in the UK, which is made up of its flagship namesake red bitter aperitif, as well as Aperol and the non-alcoholic Crodino.
