Carlsberg has set its sights on the video game crowd with a limited-edition Fallout beer.
Inspired by the hit Bethesda Softworks action RPG, the 4% abv lager is available now to order from Amazon in a 12x330ml pack (rsp: £29.99). It is being launched to mark the worldwide release of Fallout 4 on 10 November for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, which is the sequel to 2008’s highly acclaimed Fallout 3.
“This is something of a world first,” said Carlsberg UK corporate affairs director Bruce Ray. “Adult participation in video gaming is a truly social activity, on a par with cinema and music. We’re proud to work with Bethesda to produce a beer Fallout fans can enjoy.”
