Booker has launched a cash-based electronic pre-payment system for retailers selling mobile phone top-up cards. The system is to be operated though a network of computers at Booker and store countertop terminals. Retailers will be able to pay in advance by cash or credit card for the electronic transactions they expect to make between visits to depots. Additional pre-paid services including Lotto and least cost routing for landline calls will be available by the year-end. {{NEWS }}
