Caterforce is strengthening its buying department with two internal promotions.

Peter Saunders has been promoted to head of buying, having worked at Caterforce as trading controller since 2019.

Saunders has 35 years’ experience in foodservice, including 14 years as trading controller at Landmark Wholesale, where he looked after own brand foodservice products for members of the buying group.

He will lead the buying department at Caterforce in his new role.

Joanna Halucha will be the new head of own brand buying and technical. Halucha has worked as group buying, own brand and technical manager at Caterforce since 2020.

Prior to joining Caterforce, Halucha worked at Country Range Group as foodservice category buyer, where she managed its five own brand ranges comprising of over 450 products.

Halucha will be supported in her new role by junior NPD and specification technologist Steph Heap.
