Three Dots, a new brand of CBD sparkling water, has launched a three-strong range of drinks.
The drinks contain 15mg of broad-spectrum CBD per 250ml can and claim to have no artificial flavours, preservatives or sweeteners, less than 20 calories and less than two grams of sugar.
As well as CBD, the drinks contain three botanicals: ginseng, ashwagandha and lemon balm.
Three flavours – Grapefruit Basil, Blueberry Hibiscus and Peach Rooibos – have rolled out to independents (rsp: £3.75/250ml).
Three Dots co-founder Sean McLintock said the brand was “in discussion” with major retailers.
It also planned to launch further afield this year, with hopes to roll out to South Africa, New York, California and parts of Europe, he added.
Each can will feature a scannable QR code which takes shoppers to a “lab report portal”, where they can find a detailed briefing on its ingredients’ sourcing.
“It was challenging, and we had to part ways with the general theme that brands take of protecting the secrets in their supply chain,” McLintock told us.
“There’s no secrets for us to hide, and we’re really proud of that.”
