Goats’ milk producer Delamere Dairy has recruited Antony Worrall Thompson in a bid to boost sales.
The company’s 750ml Tetra Rex-packed cartons of goats’ milk are carrying a picture of the TV chef and text inviting shoppers to find out why his family drinks goats’ milk. Further details are on the reverse of the pack.
Worrall Thompson explained how he turned to goats’ milk: “Until she was three, my daughter had a runny nose and ear infections, and was constantly wheezing and coughing. Then I read in a study that two-thirds of infants have a cows’ milk allergy. I tried her on goats’ milk and within two days the runny nose had cleared up.”
