Central Co-op is offering staff a new AI-powered service designed to save them time and money by helping manage their household bills.
In partnership with tech company Nous, the service keeps track of household bills including energy, broadband, mobile and mortgage, and gives staff reminders so they can search for a cheaper provider before contracts automatically renew.
Nous can find cheaper deals as well as automatically managing the process of switching providers, unless a user opts to do this manually.
Home and car insurance are being added to the Nous service soon, according to Central Co-op.
The society is hosting an online session for colleagues to learn more about how it works and its benefits.
It said the partnership aimed to help colleagues save money on everyday household expenses while reducing the stress and time spent managing their finances.
“We know that managing household expenses can be time-consuming and stressful,” said Central Co-op head of reward and wellbeing Jennifer Roberts.
“That’s why we’re excited to partner with Nous to offer a smart and simple solution that will help colleagues save money and reduce hassle. Nous aligns perfectly with our commitment to supporting our colleagues’ financial wellbeing.”
