Charcuterie brand Woodall’s has expanded its range with the launch of three new British salami varieties.
The new varieties comprise Spicy Cumberland, Norfolk Mustard and Black Pepper & Garlic Salami (rsp: £2.99), and are available from this month from selected retailers and through the Woodall’s online shop.
The meats are made with British ingredients and outdoor bred pork, and “continue Woodall’s commitment to producing quintessential British charcuterie”, according to the brand, which also produces hams, pancetta and Cumberland salami.
“Our new varieties, which also recognise Britain’s love affair with spice, tick all the boxes for customers looking for new taste sensations from products made on their own doorstop,” said James Crease, sales and marketing manager for Woodall’s.
“Britain is now commanding an increasingly bigger slice of this charcuterie market and has emerged as an exciting and innovative category,” Crease added.
