Allders and Dollond & Aitchison have signed up as partners for Tesco's Clubcard and are the first of many, according to the retailer.
Tesco is negotiating with "a number of other companies", said a spokesman, to make loyalty points available "in as many places as possible".
He said the deals would be announced as they were sealed, and timescales for signing up a raft of partners were fluid.
Tesco already offers customers points for money spent at Beefeater, Lex autocentres, Johnsons dry cleaners, H Samuel, TXU Energi, Travelcare, Lifestyle Sports, and Nationwide Tyres and Autocare.
The new deals will mean Tesco customers will be able to collect loyalty points in 44 Allders and 450 Dollond & Aitchison outlets nationwide.
Tesco marketing director Tim Mason said: "We are taking Tesco Clubcard to new heights, and with over 10 million regular collectors of Clubcard points, it shows other schemes to be nothing more than great pretenders."
