The Co-op has rolled out a new system for mobile devices aimed at helping staff manage tasks more efficiently.
The Reflexis Systems MyWork mobile task management system has been made available to around 45,000 staff across the Co-op’s 2,500 stores. It aims to help staff cope better with information from more than 20 back office systems and 70 paper processes.
“Co-op has started using Reflexis to digitise dozens of paper-based jobs by replacing daily and weekly bulletins with targeted colleague communications,” said Co-op work stream lead Dave Tyas.
“Each store colleague now receives a personalised and prioritised activity.”
