The Co-operative Group is considering an overhaul of its free in-store magazine The Co-operative Food.
Shoppers have been polled on their views of the magazine in an online survey to “help shape the potential launch of a new magazine.”
In the survey, shoppers were asked what other food magazines they read and what elements they thought were most important in a magazine.
They were also asked if they would be prepared to pay ‘a small amount’ for The Co-operative Food, suggesting the society could follow the likes of Sainsbury’s and Waitrose in charging for their publication.
The magazine launched as a bi-monthly in March 2012.
