Win-Win’s new CEO Mark Golder with founder Ahrum Pak

Cocoa-free chocolate maker Win-Win has appointed fmcg industry veteran Mark Golder as CEO.

Golder has over 30 years’ experience spanning roles at Marks & Spencer, Sysco and PepsiCo, where he developed a strong foundation in technical, buying, and commercial functions.

He later led transformative initiatives at high-growth food businesses including Organix and Pukka Herbs, and led the European expansion of Quest Nutrition.

Golder’s proven track record in scaling food businesses and “deep expertise” in sustainable food innovation and commercial expansion would help position Win-Win for its next phase of success, said the food tech company.

Win-Win’s cocoa-free chocolate, developed through fermentation technology, maintained “the indulgent experience consumers expect while addressing the pressing sustainability challenges of the cacao industry”, it said.

With two patents submitted and European production ramping up, Win-Win was poised to bring its innovation to a larger scale and expand its impact across the food sector, it added.

“We’re at a pivotal moment where our technology and production capabilities are ready for expansion,” said Win-Win founder and chief strategy officer Ahrum Pak.

Win-Win board member Raphaël Felenbok added: “Mark’s expertise in scaling food businesses and forging strong industry partnerships makes him the perfect fit to drive Win-Win forward.

“His ability to blend strategic vision with operational excellence will be invaluable as we scale our cocoa-free chocolate and explore new food tech opportunities.”
