Compass Group has bought Integrated Cleaning Management as the catering giant looks to strengthen its support services.
The company said its latest acquisition meant it could offer high-quality cleaning solutions to more organisations across the UK.
ICM works at 3,800 client sites across corporate office, hospitality, leisure and retail sectors. Its turnover was £61m in the year to 31 March.
“ICM has built an excellent reputation in the market,” said Compass MD Ian Sarson. “The quality of its client base and its services provide Compass with great opportunities for growth in line with our strategy to expand our presence in the fast-growing soft support services market.”
