Will the NPM be reviewed? It will be reviewed after one year of use but Dame Deirdre Hutton at the FSA has already dubbed complaints "daft" and "just crazy".
And the Ofcom ad ban? An interim review will be held in 2007 with a more detailed review of all media in 2008. See above
What about the traffic light on-pack labelling scheme? "Officials need to work with manufacturers and retailers to ensure a consistent approach." (Caroline Flint). Ms Flint has mooted the possibility of a hybrid model using the GDA system
