Constellation Brands has set up a new international division which will make its headquarters in Bristol, at the offices of its UK company, Matthew Clark. The US wines and spirits company has four core businesses  Barton Brands, Canandaigua Wines, Fransiscan Estates and Matthew Clark  each of which had its own international operations. A spokesman said the creation of the new, fifth division was designed to coordinate all activities, instead of having each operation ploughing its own furrow. "It is set up to exploit new and existing opportunities around the world," he said. It will be led by Tim Kelly, former head of Diageo's beer import business in the US. {{DRINKS }}
