London-based supplier Cool Chile Co has launched a range of three ‘semi-scratch’ Mexican cooking sauces.
Adobo Marinade, Mojo de Ajo and Buffalo Sauce launched at the end of last year, and will gain their first retail listing at Whole Foods Market on 15 February. They currently come in a 70g pot (rsp: £2.85) that serves two, but Cool Chile Co said larger formats were in development.
“We are delighted with this new line, which we are confident will appeal to both existing and new customers,” said COO Kelly Peak. “With the steady increase in Mexican cuisine, the sauce pots offer a great new concept with different taste and heat options to choose from.”
