Coors Brewers has announced a number of changes in its marketing department.
Andy Cray, currently brand director for Grolsch, has been appointed brand director for Carling. He replaces Des Johnson, who is leaving Coors after eight years to take up the role of head of brand communications at BP.
As brand director for Grolsch, Cray worked on numerous launches and promotions including the launch of Grolsch four-packs and easy-to-carry packs, and a branded pint glass promotional campaign.
Cray is replaced by David Griffiths who moves up from the role of director of innovation. Scott Wilson, senior innovation manager, replaces Griffiths.
David Preston will continue as director of marketing, with overall responsibility for brand marketing, customer marketing, and media and marketing services for the Coors premium lager portfolio, including the addition of Sol and Dos Equis to the portfolio next month.
