Costa Coffee’s latest Christmas menu will feature new seasonal drinks and both sweet and savoury bites.
From the first week of November, the coffee chain will bring back its “classic” seasonal drinks: a gingerbread and cream latte, Terry’s Chocolate Orange hot chocolate, and black forest hot chocolate.
A new spice latte, black forest frappe, and a caramel nutcracker drink range will join the existing offer.
Alongside its festive drinks, Costa will serve a selection of savoury bites, including a new brie and cranberry toastie, hog roast toastie, pigs and blankets toastie and turkey feast sandwich.
The coffee giant has already brought back its Christmas mince pies for the duration of winter. The pies were sold from the first week of October, one week earlier compared with last year.
Costa’s new Christmas sweet selection includes a chocolate and caramel nutcracker cake, berry red velvet mini loaf, billionaire’s slice and winter berry crumble.
“We take Christmas very seriously at Costa Coffee and love creating new festive flavours that delight our customers,” said Costa beverage innovation director Sandra Ferreira.
“Our new caramel nutcracker range is sure to get anyone in the holiday spirit. Plus, our new festive spice syrup is the perfect addition for those looking to add a touch of Christmas to their everyday drinks.”
Costa Coffee director of global food strategy Nishant Bhatia added: “We’re excited to unveil our delicious festive food range, packed with scrumptious savoury bites and delightful, sweet treats. Whether you’re taking a much-deserved break from the Christmas food shop, or shopping for the perfect gift, Costa Coffee is the go-to spot for a yummy lunchtime snack or a sweet pick-me-up, with a taste of the holiday season in every bite.”
