Two West Country Londis stores have been sold to Costcutter through agent Christie & Co. The first is the Forches Post Office and Londis in Barnstaple, Devon, while the second is the Dash Convenience Store in St Ives Road, Carbis Bay, St Ives. The Forches Post Office and Londis is located on a large housing estate and occupies three units out of four. Sales area is around 800 sq ft and there are two maisonettes above. Dash Convenience store is a lock-up unit with 2,200 sq ft of retail space along with storage, office and staff facilities. Both are agents for the lottery. Selling prices achieved are under wraps but leasehold asking prices were £149,950 and £115,000 for the Forches Post Office and the Dash store respectively. {{PROPERTY }}
