McVitie's Go Ahead! Crinklins returned to TV this week in a four week £1.2m campaign, part of the £4m put behind the Go Ahead! range this year.
The campaign, which builds on Go Ahead!'s snack police' theme, includes 5,000 posters and 50 specially constructed bus shelter ad sites wrapped in authentic looking police tape.
Crinklins was launched a year ago and has a 10% share of the healthy choice snacks sector [Information Resources].
Go Ahead!, launched in 1996, was a pioneer in the health oriented sector and is targeted at health conscious adults.
It had a retail value of £100m last year, with more than 30 products in five categories.
