London-based curry sauce producer Little Turban is looking to extend distribution after outsourcing production.
The move will boost capacity by over 65% to around 1,000 units a week. “This will give me the opportunity to focus on marketing and sales and drive the business forward,” said founder Harj Dhillon.
Little Turban supplies delis, farm shops and butchers’ shops with its four contemporary curries. Two new lines launch in June - apple dhansak and mango tandoor marinade.
