Asda has greater customer loyalty than Tesco or Sainsbury, according to new research from customer loyalty experts TARP. In an online survey of 1,200 consumers, 32% of Asda shoppers said they would always shop at Asda if possible. This compared to 25% of Tesco shoppers that would always shop at Tesco if they could and 19% of Sainsbury shoppers.
