Ubevco is taking on the UK sales and distribution of Gambrinus, the bestselling beer in the Czech Republic.
The lager is a sister product to Pilsner Urquell which is also handled by Ubevco.
Brand manager Tomas Chytil said: "Gambrinus' move allows us to work with the Pilsner Urquell brewery to support both its leading brands in this country.
"Both target different sectors. Gambrinus focuses on discerning beer consumers and Pilsner Urquell targets younger, style-conscious male drinkers."
