French group Danone has agreed with Glasspack Participations to sell its 44% stake in their jointly owned business BSN Glasspack.

Glasspack Participations, a holding company financed by equity firm CVC Capital Partners, bought a 56% stake in BSN Glasspack in 1999. The company was created through the combination of the Danone’s glass container operations and Gerresheimer Glass.
