Welsh Cheddar brand Collier’s has made its small screen debut, with its first TV ad campaign going live this week.
The 30-second ad is heavily Welsh-themed and shows Collier’s brand ambassador, cricketer Darren Gough, going through auditions to become the face of Collier’s Powerful Welsh Cheddar despite being English.
The ad was filmed in English and Welsh and is set at the Welsh Millennium Centre in Cardiff. It features Welsh choral music as well as actors Dewi Rhys Williams and Victoria Pugh.
The ad was created by Welsh agency Orchard and went live on S4C on Thursday (8 November). It runs for eight weeks.
