First Ireland Spirits is bringing on to the market what it claims is the first organic Irish cream liqueur.
Bloom Mountain will debut at next month’s London International Wine and Spirits Fair and will be targeted at multiple retailers.
Priced £9.99 for a 50cl bottle, the company said the new product was the result of two years’ research.
Joe Lynch, MD of First Ireland Spirits, said: “We have invested heavily as a company in research and development and are proud that after two years in development, not only do we have a fully certified organic product, but also one that tastes delicious.”
The brand has been named after the nature reserve and hills located in the Irish village of Abbeyleix, where the spirit is produced.
First Ireland Spirits’ other brands include Feeney’s Irish cream liqueur, Irish Knights Irish Country Cream, and O’Casey’s Irish cream liqueur.
