Reckitt Benckiser has expanded Dettol with a range of fragranced disinfection sprays that work on both hard and soft surfaces.
Dettol All in One Disinfectant Spray, rolling out across all major retailers from this week, comes in three floral scents: Spring Waterfall, Crisp Linen and Orchard Blossom (rsp: £3.49/400ml).
In keeping with Dettol’s anti-bacterial credentials, the sprays are claimed to kill 99.9% of bacteria and viruses around the home.
The NPD ensured Dettol offered disinfection products to “fit all consumer needs”, said RB UK surface care marketing manager Elise Cockley, adding the trio was the “perfect brand extension”.
RB is supporting the launch with a £3.7m TV and digital campaign from April. In addition, the newcomer will feature in Dettol’s anti-bacterial range campaigns alongside stablemates Surface Cleanser Spray and Cleansing Surface Wipes.
