Dhamecha has posted strong sales and profit growth but said it will “remain cautious” about the current economic climate.
Sales at the Today’s Group wholesaler were up 2.1% to £668m for the year ending 31 March 2016 according to results filed at Companies House.
Pre-tax profits are up nearly 6% to £13.2m and the group said it considered the results “satisfactory”.
“While we remain cautious about the current economic climate, we hope to demonstrate the strength of our business model with the continued support of our employees and successful relationships with our suppliers and customers.” said the wholesaler.
“The directors aim to continue with the management policies that have resulted in the group’s steady growth in recent years. They consider that 2016/17 will show a further steady growth in sales.”
