Lisa Hogan, who last year opened a farm shop with partner Jeremy Clarkson, is to reveal what it’s like to sell milk and eggs alongside Britain’s most famous petrolhead.
Diddly Squat Farm Shop co-founder Hogan will be among a lineup of expert speakers appearing at the UK Food & Drink Shows at the NEC, Birmingham, from 25 to 27 April.
The event unites four shows under one roof: Farm Shop & Deli Show, Food & Drink Expo, National Convenience Show and The Forecourt Show. They will cover the complete supply chain in three days of insight, innovation and inspiration tailored for their respective audiences.
Clarkson and Hogan made headlines last summer when they launched the Diddly Squat shop on his 1,000-acre farm in the Cotswolds. TV viewers saw how they coped with running the business in Amazon Prime series Clarkson’s Farm.
Hogan will be interviewed by broadcaster Nigel Barden on Monday 25 April at the UK Food Shows and will talk about how Diddly Squat has become a thriving business with a strong focus on local produce.
The session will be one of a host of events farm shop & deli operators won’t want to miss. Here are a few more highlights:
