Comag has been appointed to handle the marketing and distribution of more than 60 leading international magazines, including the portfolio of glossy magazines published by Hachette Filipacchi.
The titles cover a range of sectors from sports to fashion and include well known brands such as Elle USA, Elle Décor, Premiere and George.
The first issues, when the company takes over from Seymour, will be on sale this month and next.
Comag's import sales director Ian Bridgman said: "We are delighted to add Hachette Filipacchi to our already extensive range of international publishers.
"The retail revenue derived from imports continues to grow and this can only be good news for the industry."
In a separate agreement, Comag has been appointed by Sporting Magazines and Publishers in the UK to handle the marketing and distribution of The Cricketer International and The Cricketer International Quarterly. It takes over from Seymour.
The first to be handled by Comag will be the September issue of the monthly, The Cricketer International, which goes on sale August 25, and the autumn issue of Cricketer International Quarterly on sale on October 27.
