A leading duck producer is celebrating the launch of three new lines with Sainsbury stores.
Green Label Foods is supplying the retailer with three Gressingham duck products under its Taste the Difference range. The products include duck legs with sweet plum and red chilli sauce at £3.49, duck breast with orange sauce at £4.99 and a Gressingham Duck Confit, priced at £4.49.
All of the dishes can be oven-cooked in around 30 minutes and meet consumer demands for quality and convenience. Green Label said the move highlighted the increasing popularity of duck.
