Elio Leoni Sceti, CEO of Birds Eye owner Iglo Group - which was this week sold to Nomad Holdings for €2.6bn - is to join beauty company Coty as chief executive.
Leoni Sceti, who has also worked for EMI Music, P&G and Reckitt Benckiser, takes up his new role on 1 July, but will remain a non-executive board member at Iglo.
“I believe there is an incredible opportunity to build upon Coty’s established, leading global platform,” he said.
Coty chairman Bart Becht added: “I have known Elio on a professional level for many years, dating back to our days together at RB, and I firmly believe he is the right leader to oversee the next stage of Coty’s development.”
