Walkers UK general manager Neil Campbell has been promoted to president of Tropicana USA and will be replaced by Richard Evans, PepsiCo commercial vice-president in the Middle East and Africa.
Campbell has been with PepsiCo UK for more than 12 years, and played a key part in the launch of the Gary Lineker Walkers ad campaign in 1995. He took charge of Walkers marketing department in 1998 and became vice president of marketing for PepsiCo UK in 2003 before being promoted to general manager of Walkers in 2005.
Campbell spearheaded the recent development of healthier snacking products, was a key driver in PepisCo's £6m reformulation of its core Walkers range in 2006 and made the decision to put carbon labels on all the brand's crisp packs last year.
His successor is currently responsible for marketing, research and development in the Middle East and Africa, as well as the division's commercial strategy.
