Evian Wimbledon ad Sharapova

Wimbledon sponsor Evian will be sharing reactions to the biggest on and off court moments as part of its activity to celebrate the brand’s eighth year as official water of the championships.

Evian will be releasing a daily online show recorded from inside the brand’s onsite ‘Live Young Suite’. Posted each morning on Wimbledon.com, it will feature the reaction of celebrities, bloggers and fans throughout the championships, which kicks off this Monday (29 June).

Consumers will be encouraged to ‘win a moment in the limelight’ by sharing their reactions on Twitter or Instagram using the #wimblewatch hashtag.

The “breakthrough” daily activity would help unify the nation as it succumbed to Wimbledon fever, said Evian marketing manager Sophie Allard.

Other activity at this year’s tournament includes outdoor ads at Wimbledon station, which will feature tennis star Maria Sharapova, and limited-edition bottles.
