This week was National Doughnut Week , and what better way to celebrate than by tucking into a nice Stilton-flavoured one?
High-street baker Greenhalgh's Craft Bakery has teamed up with the Stilton Cheese Makers Association to create a doughnut crammed with Stilton and cream cheese, presumably to fill that gap in the market for dubious doughnut combinations.
"The flavours work incredibly well as a sweet and savoury combination," says production director David Smart.
