Fatboy Slim will headline GroceryAid’s Barcode Festival in 2023.

The nineties club legend is set to headline the Skittles main stage at this year’s event, which returns at Magazine London on 6 July 2023.

Over 5,000 colleagues and 100 brands from the grocery industry are expected to attend the one-day lineup of live music, food stands and cooking demos.

The charity is hoping to raise more than £900,000 – the total raised at last year’s event – which will go towards supporting grocery colleagues in need with free and confidential emotional, practical and financial support.

Bastille, Tinie Tempah and Steps headlined 2022’s event. The full 2023 lineup is yet to be released.

Tickets and sponsorship opportunities are currently open via the Barcode festival website.

Data released by the charity showed demand for its services grew over the last year following the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, and more recently the cost of living crisis.

However, the industry said it had received more support from its partners in the industry, demonstrated by the fact there were more winners than ever before in its annual GroceryAid awards.
